Shared Ownership

Shared ownership of an organization, business, or movement where everyone has a stake in the success of the endeavor. There will be time and space created for listening and collaboration. Leaders/specialists are elected from each area of organization. Leadership terms are decided and defined by the group. Ethics investigations for leaders to allow transparency. Values of the organization are defined by the whole group. A charter is established and can be modified as the group changes with new participants. Leaders have service at the core of their role. People are placed into the right roles. Performance reflection and professional development happens frequently–and it is not called “an evaluation”.
